• Two amino acid substitutions repel IL-2Rg receptor subunit

  preventing signaling through JAK/STAT

• Phase I in 100 patients completed with no significant adverse events
• Phase IIa study using inhaled Aerovant™ was performed in asthmatic patients
• Phase IIb and Phase III will be in uncontrolled asthmatic patients
